40,000 Miles. On The Road Again.

I’ve been gone too long from my blog, 40,000 Miles On Foot, distracted and obsessed by life’s trivialities.  I started three years ago when I re-engineered my physical goals as a human being.  I wanted to run 40,000 miles before I found myself limited to a jog, a trot or worse yet, a walk.  Fortunately, I’m still on that path, closing in on 30,000 miles.  But there’s much ground to cover and not down the road I had previously taken.  I realize life’s greatest achievements are rooted in being smart, not just driven.  So look for me to be more vocal, not just about running, but experiences that I will no doubtedly come across along the path to 40,000. photo-1439737567250-e9ea931e97a4
